Nicki Kythreotis is a senior designer and creative partner with over 15 years of experience shaping brands, campaigns and digital experiences for global clients and ambitious businesses. Her work sits at the intersection of strategic thinking and refined visual craft, helping brands find clarity, confidence and momentum at scale.

After earning her BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from Middlesex University, Nicki built her career inside some of London’s most respected agencies, including Ogilvy, Saatchi and Saatchi, Adam and Eve DDB and Fallon. Working across these environments taught her how to navigate complex briefs, collaborate with senior stakeholders and deliver work that performs in the real world, not just on the page.
 

Over the years, she has developed a reputation for leading end to end projects, from early strategy and concept development through to execution across brand, campaign, digital and product touchpoints. Her clients trust her with high value work because she brings structure, clarity and calm to projects that demand thoughtful decision making and strong creative leadership.
 

Nicki’s approach is deeply considered and human. She believes the strongest brands are built through listening, insight and intention, not noise. This philosophy is reflected both in her work and in who she is. As a qualified Reiki practitioner, she brings focus and clarity into collaborations, while her background as a level five belly dancer informs a natural sensitivity to rhythm, movement and visual balance.

Alongside client work, Nicki actively contributes to the creative industry. She has judged for the Creative Circle Awards, contributed thought leadership to Creative Circle’s Golden Nuggets, and shadow judged for the BIMA Awards. She values mentoring, community and raising the standard of creative work through care and craft.

Today, Nicki works closely with brands, founders and agencies on considered, high impact projects, from brand launches to identity evolutions and campaign platforms. She brings strategic clarity and creative confidence to every collaboration, whether leading work independently or contributing within larger teams.
