After earning her BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from Middlesex University, she cut her teeth inside some of London’s most respected agencies. Ogilvy, Saatchi & Saatchi, Adam & Eve DDB, Fallon and more. Where she learned not just how to design, but how to listen, understand, and tell stories that genuinely resonate. Over the years, she’s developed a reputation for blending strategic thinking with emotive visual craft, creating brand identities, campaigns, and digital experiences that feel human, grounded and truly considered.

Her approach is shaped as much by her creativity as by who she is: a qualified Reiki practitioner who brings calm, clarity and intention into every collaboration, and a level-five belly dancer who embraces movement, rhythm and play. The same qualities that show up in her work. She has judged for the Creative Circle Awards, contributed her thoughts to Creative Circle’s Golden Nuggets, and shadow-judged for the BIMA Awards, always eager to support and uplift the creative community she loves.

Today, Nicki continues to help brands find their voice, refine their identity and express themselves with confidence, care and soul, approaching every project with heart, curiosity and a deep belief that good design should not only look beautiful, but genuinely connect.
